DURBAN - President Cyril Ramaphosa says it's going to be a cold and dark winter.
Ramaphosa was speaking during a visit to KwaZulu-Natal as the party tries to regain lost ground ahead of the 2024 elections.
He says it will be quite a challenge keeping the lights on when the temperatures plummet as this is when we use more electricity.
