JOHANNESBURG - Joburg's water crisis seems to be worsening.
Supply from the Lesotho Highlands Water Project will only resume in March next year, after it was suspended in October for planned maintenance work.
The City has now decided to throttle supply in high-usage areas.
The metro is also losing most of its water through leaks and illegal connections.
WaterCAN executive manager, Ferrial Adam discussed this with eNCA.
