Water supply to some areas of Johannesburg disrupted after pipe burst

JOHANNESBURG - Some Joburg residents are to spend yet another day without water.

This comes after a pipeline from the Honeydew Reservoir ruptured on Sunday.

To mitigate the crisis, Joburg Water will provide affected areas with water tankers.

The water outage has left large parts of Joburg without water, including Northriding, Mogale City and Cosmo City amongst others.

Joburg ward councillor Devon Steenkamp discussed this with eNCA.
