CAPE TOWN - Water and Sanitation Department officials are answering to Parliament about irregular and wasteful expenditure.
They're appearing before Scopa, the Standing Committee on Public Accounts.
The Auditor-General found that the Department did not hold officials accountable for fruitless expenditures totalling over R300-million, in the last financial year.
