PIETERMARITZBURG - Former president Jacob Zuma is taking journalist Karyn Maughan and prosecutor SC Billy Downer to court.
They face a private prosecution for allegedly leaking and publishing Zuma's medical records.
The former president says Downer and Maughan violated the National Prosecuting Authority Act.
