JOHANNESBURG - Former president Jacob Zuma is going ahead with his private prosecution of President Cyril Ramaphosa.
This despite Ramaphosa securing an urgent interdict, allowing him not to appear in court, as Zuma had wanted.
Zuma has to attend the High Court in Johannesburg today in order for the case to proceed.
He's accusing Ramaphosa of being an accessory after the fact in his case against State prosecutor, Billy Downer and journalist Karyn Maughan.
