MOTHERWELL, Eastern Cape - Heavy rains have finally eased up in the Eastern Cape but freezing conditions continue to bite in the Nelson Mandela Bay Metro.
Residents say they’ve been without electricity for several days and are blaming a neighbouring community for the blackout.
They’re accusing Motherwell residents of tampering with transformers and overloading the grid with illegal power connections.
