JOHANNESBURG - John Steenhuisen is delivering an address to Federal Congress delegates.
The party is holding its two-day federal congress at Gallagher Estate in Johannesburg.
Delegates completed voting for several leadership positions earlier on Sunday morning.
Those results will be announced on Sunday afternoon.
