CAPE TOWN - Some residents in Bonteheuwel are threatening to interdict the city of Cape Town’s Human Settlements directorate over a housing development project in the area.
Several properties in the area were flooded by water they claim was drained from the land on Sunday.
But the municipality says its untrue that the site is a wetland as geotechnical investigations were done, and engineers approved the land as fit for development.
