RUSTENBURG - More than 200 workers from Sibanye-Stillwater's Kwezi Shaft are expected to appeal their dismissals on Tuesday.
They participated in an illegal underground sit-in last week.
Two miners are facing charges for showing solidarity with their striking co-workers.
The unions representing the workers, Amcu and NUM, will be presenting the appeals, with a verdict expected later today.
