WATCH | Senzo Meyiwa trial-within-a-trial continues

JOHANNESBURG - The Gauteng High Court in Pretoria will deliver its ruling on the trial-within-a-trial in the Senzo Meyiwa matter.

This after hearing closing arguments from both the State and Defence attorneys this week.

It's been close to 5 months of arguments and shocking revelations as the State and Defence butted heads over the alleged statements by Muzikawukhulelwa Sibiya and Bongani Ntanzi.

The Defence has argued the accused were tortured and assaulted into signing prepared confessions.
