CAPE TOWN - Police Minister, Senzo Mchunu, has asked parliament to approve his 189-Billion-rand price tag for police visibility, over the medium-term.
The Visible Policing programme, is at least, half of the total allocation.
Mchunu says the move will build public confidence in the police service.
