WATCH: Security cluster briefs media ahead of national shutdown

JOHANNESBURG - Monday's EFF shutdown is expected to top the agenda of the cabinet briefing on Thursday morning.

Minister in the Presidency Khumbudzo Ntshavheni will lead the briefing and will be joined by Ministers from the justice, crime prevention and security clusters.

On Wednesday the ANC heavily criticised the EFF's planned action, saying businesses cannot be forced to close and people must be allowed to go about their day uninterrupted.
