CAPE TOWN - The standoff between the SA National Taxi Council (SANTACO) and the City of Cape Town persists.
A fragile truce that ended the violent taxi strike now hangs in the balance.

But, the city has hit back insisting it's doing its job and the taxis don't belong on the roads.
eNCA's Nobesuthu Hejana has the details.
