PALM RIDGE - Safa boss Danny Jordaan will be making legal representations to have his court case struck of the roll.
This after the state withdrew charges of theft against the South African Football Association president and one of his two co-accused, but the NPA still believes it has a strong case against Jordaan.
He is accused of spending R1,3-million of the association's money for his personal benefit.
