CAPE TOWN - South Africa continues to have one of the highest numbers of HIV/AIDS infections in the World, with nearly 8 million people infected.

What's more concerning is the increase in HIV infections among teenagers.

Health Minister, Joe Phaahla, led South Africa's delegation in a high-level meeting with their US counterparts.
