JOHANNESBURG - President Cyril Ramaphosa is promising less talk and more action.
The president says he has been criticised for taking time to make decisions, but that will no longer be happening.
He says the appointment of an electricity minister was something that he decided on his own, and only later informed ANC leadership.
Ramaphosa was engaging civil society organisations in Johannesburg on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Ramaphosa says government's energy action plan is yielding positive results.
This follows Eskom's recent announcement that a number of power stations have returned to service.
Ramaphosa says resolving power cuts remains government's top priority.
