Watch | Ramaphosa: 'Energy action plan working'

JOHANNESBURG - President Cyril Ramaphosa is promising less talk and more action.

The president says he has been criticised for taking time to make decisions, but that will no longer be happening.

He says the appointment of an electricity minister was something that he decided on his own, and only later informed ANC leadership.

Ramaphosa was engaging civil society organisations in Johannesburg on Saturday.
