WATCH: Preview of the 55th ANC National Conference

JOHANNESBURG - The ANC holds its 55th National Conference at a time crucial to the party, the country and its people.

On the national agenda - persistent blackouts, the economy, jobs and service delivery but the party also has internal issues to grapple with.

Delegates from across the country will meet at Nasrec Convention Centre in Johannesburg.

The national conference is held every five years, to decide on the party's leaders and policies.
