WATCH | President Ramaphosa talks service delivery in Limpopo

JOHANNESBURG - President Cyril Ramaphosa says the national government will take over the powers of municipalities that fail to do their work. 

While at the presidential imbizo in Limpopo, Ramaphosa says the government wants to end stealing of money earmarked for services.
