JOHANNESBURG - The Justice Department is hosting a national conference on the Constitution in Midrand.

It will reflect on the state of democracy, effectiveness of constitutional bodies and transforming the judiciary.

President Cyril Ramaphosa is expected to deliver the keynote address.
