WATCH | Northriding residents protest years of outages

JOHANNESBURG - Joburg’s Mayor is highlighting poor planning of housing developments as a key reason many residents are subjected to constant power cuts.

Angry Randburg residents have blockaded roads with burning tires and debris in protest against constant electricity outages.

This after facing power availability challenges for three years with no solutions in sight.

Mayor Kabelo Gwamanda spoke to eNCA, while on his service delivery roadshow in Northriding.
