JOHANNESBURG - The daughter of late Free State Education MEC Tate Makgoe has described her father as a devoted family man.
Palesa Makgoe spoke during his official provincial funeral in Bloemfontein on Sunday.

His son says he will continue to fight to eradicate poverty and advance the country because that is what his dad would have wanted him to do.
Makgoe and his protector, Warrant Officer Vuyo Ralikontsane, died in a car crash after his vehicle hit a cow near Winburg.
