JOHANNESBURG - Limpopo Health MEC Phophi Ramathuba is not backing down following another controversial video that has set tongues wagging.
In a clip that went viral this week, Ramathuba can be seen scolding senior managers at Rethabile Clinic in Polokwane for sitting idle while patients wait in long queues.
She says service delivery must be prioritised at all times and that she will not apologise for being stern.
