JOHANNESBURG - One of Thabo Bester's greatest assets at the Mangaung prison was his laptop.

Justice Minister Ronald Lamola says prisoners are allowed laptops if they are students.

Thabo Bester and his girlfriend, Dr Nandipha Magudumana landed at the Lanseria International Airport under a heavy police guard in the early hours of Thursday morning.

Bester and Magudumana were dubbed the country’s most wanted.
