JOHANNESBURG - Long-distance bus company Intercape says it warned government about the escalating attacks on its fleet.
The company's been the target of a number of violent attacks in the past year.
It's now accusing the transport minister of neglecting his duty by not protecting the industry.
In September, Intercape went to court to compel authorities to provide a plan for their protection.
