JOHANNESBURG - A flagship housing development in Johannesburg is falling apart.
Residents of Fleurhof are scared, claiming that RDP houses, rental units, and bought homes are starting to collapse.
They say roofs are caving in and cracks are forming on walls and floors.

This multi-million rand project was launched in 2012.
Meanwhile, the property developer, Calgro, could not be reached for comment.
The city says it will investigate.
