DURBAN - Durban is still reeling from the floods earlier this year.

It's struggling to repair infrastructure that has left it with water shortages, power cuts and closed beaches.

The eThekwini Municipality is now pulling in the private sector to deal with the problems.

Mayor Mxolisi Kaunda and the Durban Chamber of Commerce say they have a plan.
