JOHANNESBURG - Chris Hani's killer must be released on parole within 10 days.

The Constitutional Court announced judgment on Monday.

Delivering his judgment, Chief Justice Raymond Zondo says he considered the fact that Janusz Walus served more than 25 years of his life sentence.

Hani was gunned down outside his Boksburg home in 1993.
