JOHANNESBURG -The City of Johannesburg says there is a witch-hunt against Mayor Mpho Phalatse.

Mayoral spokesperson Mabine Seabe says there is a campaign by a minority opposition to capture the city.

There are calls for Phalatse to step down as Mayor because she allegedly colluded with ousted speaker, Vasco Da Gama.

The multi-party coalition is accusing Makhubela of being unethical and prosecuting ANC's agenda under the guise of serving the multi-party coalition.
