WATCH | ANC manifesto launch

JOHANNESBURG - On Saturday, ANC President Cyril Ramaphosa expects to exceed the stadium’s capacity.

Thousands of ANC supporters have gathered for the party’s manifesto launch in the run-up to elections.

In anticipation of what has been described as one of the most hotly contested national elections since 1994, the party will outline its plans to woo the electorate to keep them in office.
