JOHANNESBURG - The African National Congress in the Eastern Cape held its Special Provincial General Council in East London on Sunday.

The gathering was intended to consolidate ideas and views around policy matters as the party heads to the National Conference.

Provincial Chairperson Oscar Mabuyane also had a stern word for former leaders.
