WATCH | Agrizzi 'too sick' to stand trial

JOHANNESBURG - Corruption-accused Angelo Agrizzi is physically and mentally unfit to stand trial according to a neurosurgeon who examined Agrizzi a year ago.

Dr Herman Edeling was giving testimony at an inquiry to determine whether the former Bosasa COO is fit to stand trial.

Agrizzi has been a no-show in all his court appearances since 2020, citing illness.

His doctors say he is unable to breathe without oxygen and has suffered a heart attack.
