"We are expecting that all the voting will be done today for the top five and depending on the speed in which the elections agency be counting the ballots, we were hoping that tonight or in the early hours of the morning there should be an announcement of the new chairperson of the ANC in the Western Cape," said Mtsweni.
ANC President Cyril Ramaphosa is also expected to address the Western Cape provincial conference on Sunday.
