US sanctions two SA-based alleged 'ISIS agents'

PRETORIA - A move by the United States raises concern that South Africa is harbouring terrorists. 

The US government has imposed sanctions on three people accused of expanding ISIS activities in Africa. Two of them are based in South Africa.

The US Department of State says the three are key financiers and enablers of Isis across central, eastern and Southern Africa.
