US pinging expert testifies in Modack trial

CAPE TOWN - The designer and developer of a location-based platform that offers pinging services is testifying on the state’s behalf in the trial of Nafiz Modak, Zane Kilian and 13 others. 

Modack is believed to be a top underworld boss.

The state wants to prove that Modack used former rugby player and debt collector, Kilian to ping the phones of those caught in his crosshairs.
