JOHANNESBURG - The Supreme Court of Appeal has dismissed an appeal by President Jacob Zuma over his medical parole.
Former Correctional Services boss Arthur Fraser overruled the medical parole board and allowed Zuma to finish his term at home.
Zuma's legal team argued that he required around-the-clock care, which no correctional service facility was capable of providing.
He served less than two months of his prison term.
