PRETORIA - Former National Assembly Speaker Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula is appearing at the Pretoria magistrate's court.
She was processed at Lyttelton Police Station in Centurion on Thursday morning.
Mapisa-Nqakula resigned from her position on Wednesday after facing mounting pressure over allegations against her.
The NPA indicates she will be charged with 12 counts of corruption for allegedly receiving gratifications worth over R4.5-million.
