JOHANNESBURG - Four people have died following storms in Mpumalanga over the weekend.
The downpours, accompanied by strong winds, left a trail of destruction, in some areas of Nkomazi, Bushbuckridge and Mbombela.

Roofs of houses and schools were blown off, and elsewhere, walls collapsed.
As the provincial authorities assess the extent of the damage,
communities are being urged to take precautions and remain vigilant.
More rains have been forecast in the province.
