EAST LONDON - The Higher Education Minister is worried about the scope of the SIU probe at Fort Hare University.
Blade Nzimande was speaking during a visit to the institution.
It comes after Eastern Cape Premier Oscar Mabuyane interdicted the unit from probing his qualifications.
Investigators are looking into academic fraud at the university.
Nzimande wants all stakeholders to work together to deal with corruption and deadly violence.
But the university says it's capable of dealing with the issues itself.
