JOHANNESBURG - The survivors of the Marshalltown building blaze have suffered another setback.

After the deadly fire, the city ultimately moved them from several shelters to shacks erected in Denver.
The shacks housing these families are now flooded as heavy rains continue to batter parts of the province.
The families are now coming together to start a justice campaign.
