Tshwane speaker could face no-confidence motion

JOHANNESBURG - Tshwane council speaker Mncedi Ndzwanana could face a motion of no-confidence.

The multi-party coalition is expected to table the motion on Monday.

They're unhappy after Ndzwanana adjourned a council meeting last week that was expected to elect a new mayor.

He's only been in the position for two weeks and the multi-party coalition claims the ATM councillor is only there to advance the ANC and EFF agenda.
