PRETORIA - The City of Tshwane is urging residents to find alternative routes as most roads and bridges are flooded.
Motorists have been advised to avoid Wierda Road over the N14.
Torrential rains have lashed parts of Gauteng and have caused damage in parts of Tshwane.
Residents have been warned to stay away from low-lying areas.
Emergency services are on high alert.
