Tshwane Council | Speaker adjourns session, calls it illegal

JOHANNESBURG - The City of Tshwane remains without a mayor after a myriad of issues hindered the election of Murunwa Makwarela's successor.

The multi-party coalition wants to raise a motion of no confidence against speaker Mncedi Ndzwanana.

Ndzwanana however, adjourned that sitting shortly after it started a little while ago, saying it's illegal.
