JOHANNESBURG - DA leader in Gauteng Solly Msimanga and ousted Tshwane mayor Cilliers Brink are set to hold a briefing to outline the way forward.
Brink was removed as mayor after an ANC sponsored motion of no confidence, supported by ActionSA.
A 120 councillors voted for the motion while 87 voted against.
The ANC claims Brink has failed to address critical service delivery issues in the city.
A new mayor will be elected at the next council sitting in two weeks' time.
