JOHANNESBURG - The family of the late Tshegofatso Pule says they feel vindicated by Judge Stuart Wilson's ruling.
The judge has denied Ntuthuko Shoba leave to appeal his conviction and sentence.
Shoba is the mastermind behind the 2020 murder of Pule who was his girlfriend and was eight months pregnant at the time.

He is now serving a life term in prison.
However, Pule's family says they still want more answers.
Meanwhile, the NPA has also welcomed the Johannesburg High Court's dismissal of Shoba's application for leave to appeal.
