Truck Attacks | 2 more trucks torched in KZN

JOHANNESBURG - Two more trucks have been set alight in KwaZulu-Natal, this time on the N2 highway in Empangeni.

Armed gunmen robbed the drivers of their belongings and forced them out of the vehicles before setting them alight.

This follows the torching of six trucks on the N3 near Van Reenen's Pass over the weekend.

Provincial police spokesperson Jay Naicker would not confirm if the incidents are linked but says the modus operandi is the same.
