JOHANNESBURG - The tribunal investigating allegations against Eastern Cape Judge President, Selby Mbenenge returns to court on Wednesday.
The Eastern Cape judge faces sexual misconduct allegations.
Mbenenge is accused of sexually harassing a junior colleague and the tribunal is expected to hear more evidence against the judge president.
The inquiry has entered day two and is chaired by the retired judge president Bernard Ngoepe of the Gauteng High Court.
