EAST LONDON - The NPA in the Eastern Cape says it has enough evidence to prove that the Enyobeni tavern couple is guilty.
Siyakhangela Ndevu and his wife Vuyokazi face charges of selling alcohol to underage children.

They also face a charge of forcing their staff to sell alcohol to the youngsters who died at the tavern in June.
The Ndevu couple is expected to go on trial on 25 April 2023.
Meanwhile, the parents of the 21 teens who died are demanding a full inquiry.
They are not satisfied with the cause of death provided.
Parents say they have not been told the truth about what happened since the beginning.
