Transport infrastructure | SA's rail network in need of overhaul

JOHANNESBURG - South Africa's railway system needs a complete overhaul. 

The crumbling infrastructure is in such a bad condition, that it's pushed freight onto the already congested roads. 

Many factors have led to this, including neglect, lack of investment, and vandalism.
