CAPE TOWN - Political analyst Ntsikelelo Breakfast says the newly elected ANC leadership in the Western Cape will find it difficult to dislodge the Democratic Alliance.
The province has been led by the party since 2009.
"I think they also have tough competition from the DA, whether you like it or not, I mean the DA takes pride in getting the job done," he said.
The ANC in the Western Cape has elected new leadership.
Former Dullah Omar regional secretary Vuyiso JJ Tyhalisisu is the new chairperson.
The deputy chair is Sharon Davids, while the Provincial Secretary is Neville Delport.
